Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Faith Curated! We make every effort to ensure you are happy with your order. However should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we will do our very best to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means that you have the right to return your purchase by emailing us at hello@faithcurated.com within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the postage costs for your return. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your order. Please ensure that you keep your tracking number as we require a tracking number and proof of delivery when you return the item in order to process your refund. Unfortunately, if the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value of the item.

All sale items are final sale and non returnable/refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will then receive your money back within 3 working days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund.

Damages/Any Other Issues

Please ensure you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Unfortunately, any issues beyond this date will not be considered.

Digital downloads

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases are final. Therefore exchanges or refunds are not available.
